Standard Export Packaging
Our standard packaging process ensures the safe and secure transport of our products. Each shock absorber is first carefully wrapped with cushioning material (e.g., EPE foam bags) and then placed into a dedicated inner box. These inner boxes are then uniformly packed into export-grade cartons. Finally, the cartons are neatly stacked on fumigated pallets and fully secured with a stretch film machine to guarantee stability during transit. -
Customized Packaging
In addition to our standard offerings, we provide customized packaging services. We can design and adjust packaging based on your brand image, specific packaging specifications, or unique requirements to align with your market and sales strategies.

- How is product pricing calculated? What information is required to receive a quotation?
-
Our product pricing is determined through a comprehensive evaluation based on the detailed information you provide. To ensure an accurate and timely quotation, please include the following details:
-
Product Specifications:
Dimensions, materials, surface treatment, tolerance requirements, and any other technical specifications. -
Order Quantity:
Pricing is quantity-dependent; larger volumes typically receive more favorable rates. -
Customization Requirements:
Special functions, design modifications, software development, or any bespoke requests will be factored into the quotation. -
Packaging & Shipping Terms:
Specify packaging preferences (e.g., bulk, individual, or special packaging), shipping method (e.g., sea, air, courier), and delivery terms (e.g., FOB, EXW, CIF), as these may affect overall cost.
To ensure the most accurate pricing, please provide all the above details. Product drawings or samples are also highly recommended for reference.

- Are there additional charges for customized designs (ODM) or new tooling (OEM/ODM)?
-
Yes. If your project involves custom design (ODM) or requires the development of new tooling (OEM/ODM), additional charges will apply. These may include, but are not limited to:
- Tooling and mold fabrication costs
- Development of jigs, fixtures, and inspection tools
- Setup of dedicated production equipment
- Initial prototyping and testing costs
All related fees must be paid 100% in advance prior to project initiation. Detailed cost breakdowns will be clearly presented during the quotation and proposal phases.
For further assistance, we are happy to provide additional clarification or schedule a meeting for a detailed discussion. - What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
-
Our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) varies depending on the product's specifications, structural complexity, and assembly processes. Key factors we consider include mold development, component procurement, and assembly procedures. MOQ will be evaluated individually for each product, and specific recommendations will be provided accordingly. For specific requirements, please feel free to contact our sales team for further discussion.
- What is the typical production lead time after order and design confirmation?
-
Upon order confirmation and final approval of design drawings, our standard production lead time is approximately 45-60 business days (excluding national holidays and weekends). The actual lead time may be adjusted based on the current material supply situation. We will provide you with a detailed schedule upon order confirmation.
- What are your approximate monthly and annual production capacities?
-
Forsa maintains stable and flexible production capabilities, with monthly and annual capacities varying by product type and assembly process. To provide accurate figures, we recommend you first provide specific product items and estimated order quantities. This will enable us to assess our maximum output capacity and plan production accordingly.
- Can you accommodate large orders or urgent requests?
-
Yes, we have the capability to handle high-volume and rush orders through a project-based management approach tailored to special customer requirements. For urgent orders, given that some materials involve complex production processes and require necessary manufacturing time, we recommend clients provide a demand forecast. This allows us to pre-stock relevant safety inventory, thereby significantly reducing lead times.
